How can I place an order;

You can order very easily through this online store (www.casanovaartdeco.gr) or by contacting us at 2410 59 2497 and place your order by phone.

What payment methods are there?

You can pay in one of the following ways

  1. Bank transfer to one of the store accounts
  2. Credit card
  3. Debit Cards

Card transactions are done with absolute security, through the payment system of the bank, which cooperates with us.

What do I need to place an order by phone?

All you need to know is the product code you are interested in. The product code can be found on the page of each product (by clicking on any product, you are taken to the unique page of the product, and there you find its code)

Can I return a product?

And of course you can! If you regret it, or the product is defective or we have made a mistake, you can return it. The products that are NOT returned, are the handmade products. For more information see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

How do I place an order in the online store?

Very easy

  1. I add the product (s) I am interested in to the cart by clicking the “Cart” button
  2. I go to my cart by clicking the “View Cart” button which appears as soon as I add a product to it, or alternatively by the bag icon on the top right of the web page header.
  3. After making any corrections you want (eg removing products) click the “Complete order” button and you will be taken to the checkout page
  4. Here you enter your details, your address details and choose the payment method.
  5. You are ready to press the “Send order” button and complete your purchase!

How are the products shipped?

Our products are shipped with a courier company cooperating with us. At the moment it is the ELTA Courier and we send to all of Greece.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the products in the order. For the exact cost you are automatically informed on the page of the cart.

How can I delete my personal data from the store?

Very easy! Once you have created an account in our store, you inform us of the wish to unsubscribe and we will take care of it. Details on your personal data, their use and deletion, can be found in the privacy policy.

Do I have to create an account to order?

No, it is not mandatory. However, it is recommended by us, as it will help you to have a picture of your order, but also information about older orders you have made. Also to our registered customers, we make exclusive offers that you would not want to miss. You can also order as a guest.
