Terms and conditions of Returns

Non-Defective Return

The customer reserves the right to return the purchased products, according to the law for consumer protection, unjustifiably, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, in the sense of changing or crediting the amount for future purchase, and always upon presentation of the purchase document.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (where no withdrawal takes place and return is not allowed):

  • For special orders or construction.
  • Where the products have been modified at the request of the customer.
  • In products offered at a preferential price (offers – discounts).
  • In seasonal products (Christmas, Easter, summer, Valentine’s Day).
  • For damages caused during transport or opening of the product, for which the responsibility lies solely with the customer.

Returns will be accepted, strictly only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original excellent condition. The inspection will be performed by the manager of our store.
  • The product packaging is not damaged or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
  • The product is returned in a safe packaging, so that it does not wear out during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport of the product.
  • Along with the product, all the documents that accompanied the product should be returned intact (purchase receipt / invoice). Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Return Procedure

1. If you are near our store.

In this case you can visit the store, after the condition of the product is checked by the competent employee, to guide you for further.

2. If you receive via courier.

In this case:

  • Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.

  • Put in the package you have made a document in which you tell us how you wish to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return.

  • Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.

We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

Quality Control and Rehabilitation – Return of Defective Products

  • The company offers for sale products, which have been supplied by importers, manufacturers and agents or have been manufactured or processed at its headquarters by order of its customers.

  • None of its products are used, defective or of inferior quality. The company takes care of the quality control and the correct shipment of a product. However, there can be no absolute guarantee of the absence of any defect or the absence of any human error.

  • The main features of the products appear on the website of the company www.casanovaartdeco.gr and more specifically on the page of each product.

  • To avoid your own and our own inconvenience and damage, it is good to carefully check, when delivering your order, the condition, correctness and quantity of products sold, in order to identify any obvious defects or omissions (e.g. broken goods, any quantitative deficit or surplus or a different product from the one ordered, etc.).

  • In case you find any defect or error, you must contact us immediately after delivery the same day or the next business day.

  • We will ask you to return the defective product to us at no charge to you and we will make sure it is replaced as soon as possible from the date of receipt and if it has been checked and certified for the defect reported.

  • If it is not possible to replace the defective product due to availability, then we will refund the value for money.

  • In case of a certified error due to human error through our own fault, we take care of the immediate recovery as possible without any charge to you.
